Built for offices of roughly 5–50 employees. If your office manager is also your IT department, start here: pick the problem in front of you, add support as you grow, and know what it starts at before you ever get on a call.
“We don’t know what we own, or what’s about to die.”
Know what you own, who has it, and what needs replacing first: device details, assigned users, serial numbers, warranty dates, and a first-pass replacement priority list.
“Who still has access, and who should have it?”
Checklists, account and license setup, and equipment tracking, so new hires are ready to work and departures don’t leave open access behind.
“We keep losing time to the same computer problems.”
Someone to call: remote help with printers, email, file access, and Wi-Fi, routine Microsoft 365 administration, and vendor coordination.
“If the server died tonight, could we be back to work tomorrow?”
A coverage map, a review of backup job results, one sample restore, and a written list of gaps, so you find out before an outage that backups actually work.
“Our accounting software lives on one old server.”
Support for on-premises servers, QuickBooks and other business software, and the remote access your team relies on, including a review of anything exposed to the internet.
“We just want IT to be handled.”
One agreement covering devices, accounts, network care, remote support, and security basics, with monthly reporting.
The 3-page service guide covers what each option includes, what it starts at, and how we scope work so a two-hour fix doesn’t turn into a ten-hour surprise. Want the full guide with pricing and terms? Request it through the contact form. Looking for security, cyber insurance, or AI readiness help instead? See the Technology & Security Baseline.
The support plan is about having someone to call. Managed IT is about keeping your environment in shape before things break. If you want us to keep devices patched and protected, that’s Managed IT.

Prices are starting points for the stated scope. Your written proposal confirms the final scope and charges before paid work begins. Hardware, subscriptions, travel, and applicable taxes are separate unless the proposal includes them. BlueStrata does not provide 24/7 support or incident response.
Yes. Service is remote-first, with onsite visits across Aurora and the Denver Metro when the job needs it. Onsite work has a two-hour minimum plus travel.
No. Microsoft 365 and Azure are my specialty, but I also support Google Workspace environments, and equipment, network, server, and general support work in mixed environments. Google Workspace work is scoped individually.
Your business keeps ownership of its accounts, equipment, and business data. Access uses named accounts and appropriate permissions where supported. Deliverables and handoff responsibilities are documented, and credentials are transferred securely.
